Join me for a hands on culinary experience at Noorish Café and learn the basics of Japanese Cuisine the Raw Vegan way. To start you will prepare a simple Miso Soup paired with Kelp Noodles. Next Sushi Rolls and Cones made with Veggie “Rice” and lastly Pickled Ginger which each participant will prepare and take home in a glass jar to enjoy for weeks to come. As always lots of nutritional information will be shared and plenty of fun. This class will fill fast so book now! Note: All recipes are Raw, Vegan, Organic, Gluten Free and Nut Free.
